On August 14, 2008 Jacob and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary! We have so many fun memories. I am so blessed to be married to such a wonderful guy. He treats me so well and is always doing little things for me! I love you Jacob!! Thanks for 5 great years! Im looking forward to MANY more!!
